Fitness Friday :)

Oy! Getting fit is so not fun. 5 weeks until the cruise and I am in the worst shape of my life. Time flies by, and before you know it, "I'll do it tmrw" turns into "omg..what's the date?!" Thanks to pinterest I'm not sure if I should bake yummy treats, or workout like there is no tmrw. We will see how this goes. Motivation would be putting up VS models all over the house, but in the words of Lisa, "I'm not sure if Eddie could handle that" :)

If anyone has any eating tips, diet tips, exercise tips, etc..feel free to let me know. I'm very determined to lose 10, and tighten up like there is no tmrw! I wanted to be "bikini" ready before "bikini season" but uhm. Better late than never.

  1. Yay! Glad you're bloggin' again! I am trying to get back on the fitness wagon myself so between our two blogs, we can keep each other motivated. I also try to think more "concentrate on putting good things in" rather than "keeping certain things out" Seems to put me more in a "health-focused" mindset and reminds me to feed my body whole foods, fruits, and veggies. But---like I said---I'm trying lol!
