Glad you're bloggin' again! I am tryi...Yay! Glad you're bloggin' again! I am trying to get back on the fitness wagon myself so between our two blogs, we can keep each other motivated. I also try to think more "concentrate on putting good things in" rather than "keeping certain things out" Seems to put me more in a "health-focused" mindset and reminds me to feed my body whole foods, fruits, and veggies.
